He continues to work with other CEO’s in developing their management teams and serves as an advisor on several executive boards with a style that is practical, succinct, and humorous. While maintaining several other businesses, Andrew's latest venture has delved into the world of online coupons, leading him to become the creative architect for HereIsMyCoupon.com. Throughout his career, he has held high level positions at companies such as The Smaller Business Association of New England, The Employer’s Association, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Information Services). He has also been an adjunct faculty member and professor teaching business, management, and leadership at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Emerson College, Boston College, Bryant College, Boston University, Brandeis University and Bentley College. No stranger to the media and publishing, Andrew is a prolific author and quoted in magazines and newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur Magazine, and The Boston Business Journal.

Anna - Technology and Graphic Design

With a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, received in Estonia, Anna devoted herself to gaining several years of related work experience. In 2009, she wanted to broaden her abilities and accepted an internship at A.E. Schwartz & Associates in Boston, MA. Being in the right spot, with the right abilities, and the right time, she moved into a leadership role with HereIsMyCoupon.com in its early development stages. Soon after her internship, she was asked to take on a central role applying her graphic design abilities and core competence in system analysis and user interface design.

Mario - Website Planning, Strategy & Marketing

The first seven years of Mario's career were spent as a Technical Consultant for several mobile network providers throughout Europe. After deciding to pursue a different field, Mario enrolled in a Corporate Communications program at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna, Austria where he recently completed his degree. His educational interests in Corporate Communications led him to an internship in the US with A.E. Schwartz and Associates in 2009. Upon completion of his internship, Mario continued his involvement with A.E. Schwartz and Associates which has led him to his current role with Here Is My Coupon. Since leaving the US, Mario has played an instrumental role in the creation, development, and marketing of Here Is My Coupon while also pursuing a master’s degree in Marketing & Sales Management.

Bernhardt - Web Development and Technology

While currently pursuing a Master's degree in software engineering, Berhnard's main areas of expertise lye in server technology and software architecture. Selling his first software product at the age of 16, Bernhard started his career in software development at an early age. While still in school, he worked for several European software companies and gathered experience by being involved in several Web 2.0 start ups.

Nicole - Marketing, Text Development, Social Media

Nicole Mendes joined the HereIsMyCoupon.com team in February 2010 while also working as the Director of Administration and Communications for a large Healthcare Staffing company for the past 9+ years. Nicole’s experience in both of these roles has provided her with valuable skills in management, search engine optimization, marketing, business development, social networking, and website development. In her role with HereIsMyCoupon.com, Nicole utilizes her editing, writing, and SEO skills to improve the quality of our website and the value that it provides to consumers.

• Sam - Social Media Marketing Associate
  Sam started his affiliation with HereIsMyCoupon.com May 2010 as an intern and quickly became a part time team member. He is a student at Hamilton College currently involved with the Student Assembly and Entrepreneur’s Club. He grew up in Wellesley, Massachusetts where he attended Wellesley High School. When he’s not doing schoolwork or developing businesses, you’ll likely find Sam surfing at Higgins Beach or attending to a live music concert.
• Katie - Writing and Marketing Associate
  Katie began as an intern with HereIsMyCoupon.com the summer of 2010. She works with the internal team, assisting with the writing, marketing and general business of HereIsMyCoupon.com. She is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Rochester intending to double major in Psychology and Economics. While in Milan during the Fall of 2010, Katie hopes to continue her affiliation with HereIsMyCoupon.com working with the company in the years to come.
