SUMMARY

The Outreach Representative is the heart of the company, promoting HIMC's exceptional value to its various member Groups. This position is relationship-driven with high earning potential. You are responsible for growing revenue within a designated territory while developing business relationships and servicing client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Outreach Representative, you will cultivate new accounts through cold calling, telemarketing,networking, and giving face-to-face outreach presentations to potential Groups. In promoting HIMC's innovative and exciting offerings, you will work toward corporate and bonus quota and revenue standards (team and individual).

Under the supervision of the Outreach Manager, you will work along side 3 other Outreach Representatives, and a Customer Support Representative in a team environment. This position requires someone who is very self-motivated, results-driven, assertive, and confident. Candidates must be enthusiastic and people-oriented with a drive to make new contacts. They must have strong powers of persuasion and excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Candidates must be team players who are comfortable in fast-paced environments and dedicated to providing unsurpassed sales and service.
